Premonition
The american horror movie premonition is actually based off a Japanese movie entitled “Premonition” in Japanese or also known as “Tomorrow morning’s paper” in J lingo. The story is really good and it’s got some scary parts in there too along the way. Well let me tell you the base of it: A man’s wife and daughter were driving on the road and their car stalls right in the middle of it next to a phonebooth. While the man goes to the phonebooth to call for help, he spots a old and wrinkled sheet of newspaper lying in the both and he looks at the front page. What he sees is the news that his daughter was killed in a car accident. Just then a Semi slams into the stalled car in the middle of the road and kills his daughter. The newspaper predicted her death.
Basically what the story’s plot revolves around is him seeing the fortunes of all his friends dying by reading this haunted newspaper and he tries to deal with their predicted deaths by unsuccessfully preventing them.

One of the scariest parts of the movie was when a friend appeared to him in the hallway after she had died and lost her face. She started all the way down the hallway and quickly comes to the front right in front of you, I was watching it with my friends and it actually made me scream out loud.
Another really creepy/scary part is when his dead daughter comes to him at his door, and you can see her all burned up and asking “why?”. Very sad too I guess.

If you havent’ seen this movie I think you should definitely check it out, not only is it a good storyline but it’ll keep you holding onto your blanket.
