Not knowing that Sanyo was experiencing any serious type of financial difficulty, I was surprised to see in the news tonight that Panasonic is buying out Sanyo.
The deal creates one of the world’s biggest electronic companies and strengthens the future of green energy, since Sanyo has invested heavily in the technologies.
