Nate’s goin bye-bye

Last night was the going-away party for Nate, held at Barr’s place. I didn’t drink that much last night, and took my time doing so since the last time I drank which was at Alex’s party I got a little bit carried away. Nate and I played beer pong and I was honored to have Nate pick me as his partner. We were losing early on in the game but came back, I sunk the last cup and then they sunk one right after. Then they made one after that which made us go for rebuttle and Nate made that. Amazingly this whole cycle happened all over again, but that time they both made it was game over. It sucks that we lost the first game because I thought the party was kinda boring and I would have had a much funner time playing beer pong. Most of everyone gradually moved out of the apartment and were standing outside so I went out as well and noticed the neighbors moved two really nice couches out to the corner to be dumped. They were like the couches where you put them together to make a corner. I told Sean to come and help me lift the couch and he was like “what?” at first and after we moved it over to where everyone was standing everybody looked at me like “what the fuck is this kid doing is he retarded?”, and I said “What? Don’t look at me like I’m crazy it’s a really nice couch!” and the Shiho girl was all happy to go sit on it. Well after she did that it was ok and we grabbed the other couch to put it together. Later in the night when a good amount of people were leaving or have left we sat out on the couch with Sean, Alex, Jackie, and Akina. Jackie started crying because she said she was going to miss her mom. I grabbed the popcorn bag and started eating a ton of it and was really hungry for Taco Bell, Julie and I decided to go there before we even got to the party. Well when it was time to wish Nate a happy voyage to Japan it was a pretty big challenge because all of other Nate’s friends were around too and randomly jumping in to talk or to say goodbye too or just to hang out around him, so it was really hard for me to make it a heart-felt moment. For instance the one dude with the big hair that I’ve never seen before ever kept coming up to Nate and hugging him saying “I love you, Nate, I’ll miss you sooo much!” even though I never seen the kid before. Anyways, I talked about the first time I met Nate which was in the individualized study room and I told him he would have fun in Japan, and I tried to keep it as positive as possible which I think I managed to do. We tried to get him to go to Taco Bell with us but he said all the rest of his friends were here, and tried to get us to stay a little longer and then he would go but we didn’t want to. The last thing we mentioned was seeing each other again in Japan later in the year which I’m not all that sure about and we waived goodbye as we walked away. When we got to Taco Bell the place was the most packed I have ever seen it before and a sign was up saying “cash only - no credit cards”, and so that really fucking sucked. I can only imagine it had to do with the really bad storm, tornado that touched down earlier that day, and the flooding going on in middle Ohio recently that probably caused one of the credit card lines or processing centers or whatever to go down. I think that’s the reason why they said cash only NOT because they didn’t want to be overcrowded and busy like Sean and Ayaka and Julie were saying, no way.

Julie and I had eggs and toast this morning for breakfast. I wasn’t sure if I had to work today or not so I called and left a message. They called me back later and said no shift today, yay!

I’ve been really into playing this game called Urban Dead recently. After reading the wiki for such a long time I figured out I could probably use a better weapon then just my fists to attack zombies so I spent alot of AP to make my way to fort Creedy, luckily it was less than 24 hours away. I grabbed a knife and finally I was able to get much more XP a lot quicker. Unfortunately, I’m currently a dead body lying outside of the gatehouse because I attacked a zombie inside the fort and instead of going into a barricaded room I decided to just go back into the gatehouse which now that I think about it was a bad move.
