Author: In Japan a Driver License Learning Sticker is requested to be worn by all novice drivers. This sticker must be placed on all new drivers’ cars for up to one year, but many choose to avoid placing it on their cars.
The stickers are meant to alert other drivers that you are new on the road and not experienced yet. Would you think it would be cool to have this stuck on the back side of your ride?
