I’m Thinking Thin


It looks like I’ve been gaining a few pounds, which is a surprise because I’ve been way more active than when I was just sitting around all day not moving at home and eating. I notice it now more with my shirt off. I guess I can blame it mostly on the following things:

1. Beer
2. Kennedy

Those two are a bad mix. I tried to stop eating meat for awhile but so far I haven’t been true to the idea. I’ve given up fast food and even diet pop though and I’ve been doing perfect with that although I have been drinking alot of chocolate milk and orange guava passionfruit at Kennedy lately. So, to prevent this I’m going to:

A: Drink Vodka/Alcohol instead of Beer
and B: Stop eating at Kennedy

Both are hard to do but doable. I have a physiology midterm tomorrow and I’m going to try to stay up all night.
