Before the invention of the pokeball, black magic and sorcery was used to ensnare and force pokemon to obey the wishes of their masters.

Evil and vile spirits were called upon to enter into a pokemon’s soul and do with it what it pleased. Pokemon were easy targets for the evil energy. All pokemon’s hearts were pure; they did not know hate or evil, so they had no natural immunity against the foreign spirits.

A small group of people known as the Toshikai wished to free the enslaved pokemon and release them of their unnatural servitude. They felt pity for the poor creatures and could see the world around them changing because of the evil energy. They knew the practice of controlling pokemon through dark forces had to be stopped.

The Toshikais had no allies, no army; but they had wisdom. Using their knowledge, they created a tool that was able to rid the pokemon of the evil. What the tool was exactly has been lost to history, but they succeeded in saving the Earth from destruction.

After defeating their foe, the Toshikai found a book that contained all the dark summon spells ever known and hid it away to decided what to do with it. Some thought the book should be preserved to serve as a warning for future generations, while others thought it should be destroyed since the dark power inside was too powerful.

Before it could be decided, a Toshikai member by the name of Rokko stole the book from under them. He believed the book could be used for good; he wanted to reverse engineer the book and turn the evil spells into good ones. But you cannot find good in pure evil, and he was swallowed and taken over by the darkness, its first and only human victim.

Rokko hid himself away in the Earth, to grow strength and wait for the perfect time to return. No longer needing the book, he discarded it in the Katamaru Temple, where it was found by an Old Man thousands of years later.

You’ll never believe what happened! I was in my sister’s room the other day talking about how she is such a loser for liking 98 Degrees and listening to The Backstreet Boys when my friend Jimmy came over and showed me something amazing!

He had in his pokemon lineup an over 100 level Mewto! I couldn’t believe it at first and thought maybe he was trying to trick me but it was the real deal. This is going to change the way the game is played forever! No longer will it be the the age of 1-100 level pokemon, the age of the Super 100+ level Pokemon has begun!

He made the Mewto go up to over level 500 by feeding it sweet sweet candy he got by using the item glitch, and renamed his juiced-up Mewto ‘Obi-Wan’. I played him with the link connect but it was no use, his level 500 Mewto thew my level 100 pokemon around like magikarp in a frying pan.

Of course I wanted my own Super Mewto so I asked him how he did it. He told me there was some glitch in the game that after talking to an old man that shows you how to catch a Weedle you fly to an Island and catch him off the coast. But he warned me there wasn’t only Mewto and Kingler roaming those grounds. In the dark undergrowth, hidden among the shadows and dwelling off the evil energy of the Old Man glitch lived a creature known as Missingno lurked.

Missingno wasn’t always the misconfigured blob it is today. At first it was just a normal pokemon, living on the beach and happily enjoying it’s days eating Tentacool and relaxing under the sun. That all changed when an enraged boy named Robby, a member of Team Rocket, came across the sweet and innocent Pokemon and picked it up off the beach. Robby couldn’t get the thoughts of his girlfriend cheating on him out of his head, and he could see her face everywhere. Imagining the Pokemon as his girlfriend, he strangled it until it was empty of breath and threw the lifeless carcass on the ground.

Detached from its body, the spirit of the murdered Pokemon lingered. Not knowing where to go or where to find peace, it remained on the beach for five long years, scared and alone. It had become a ghost.

Far from this place, an old man showed a young adventurer how to catch a Weedle with a pokeball. But this was no ordinary pokeball. This pokeball was handcrafted by the Old Man himself, forged from magma found from the depths of Oodaka Volcano and sealed with the words from the Black Book of Morsep. The Old Man was to catch the weedle alone, and utter the words that would transform the Weedle into a Dark Marmoth, a pokemon that could change light into darkness. This was to be done in solitude, for if any other souls had witnessed the catching then it would all be in vein and the transformation would not work.

While showing the boy how to catch a pokemon, the Old Man in his excitement meant to grab a regular pokeball but instead took a hold of the enchanted ball and threw it before realizing his mistake. He yelled out the words to begin the transformation but because of the young boy’s presence the dark forces summoned could not enter the ball of the struggling Weedle.

The dark energy ricocheted off the pokeball and into the sky, and with no where else to go the energy came crashing back down to Earth like a lightning bolt, striking the poor lonely ghost that lived by the Sea.

The dark energy twisted and pixelated his soul, draining what little hope and happiness remained in him. His only purpose now was to feed, feed on the essence of the living and produce clones that would devour all life and turn it into darkness. This is what Missingno wants, and it hides by the shore gaining strength everyday so it can move onto the mainland and wipe everything out.

I haven’t seen it yet, but there are those who have. A camera was found with this picture in it but the person who took the photo is still missing:

Anyways, I’m off to catch me a 100+ level Mewto, wish me luck!

There is a pet penguin in Japan that walks to a fish market everyday to get its own food and comes back home by itself. The penguin’s name is Lala.

Lala’s Japanese family lets the penguin go out on its own, even giving it a bag to put around its neck to put the fish in it for later. The penguin lives in its own cooled and temperature controlled room where it can relax and have time to itself.

Crazy Japanese people keep surprising me, keeping a penguin as a pet!
