I quit my job at the calling center last week. I did it mainly because of the supervisors, and that they failed me on the last formal review even though I did everything I was supposed to do, because the lady hung up on me my grader gave me a zero for all the parts. She said she did it because of the new head supervisor manager girl there or whatever, that she was accused of passing everybody and giving everyone an easy formal review. Actually when she was going it over with me she said I did a really good job, I did everything that I was supposed to be doing, and that I was doing my job. And the end when she sailed said “so you failed this one but…” and then I was shocked and was liked, “oh, I failed? I thought you said I was doing everything I was supposed to do..” and then she told me what I mentioned before. It was at that moment while she was explaining why she flunked me and I was shaking my head in agreement and understanding I was actually thinking “I gotta get the fuck out of here and quit before these crazy people fire me”. When I called to tell them I was quitting they handed the phone over to John or whatever his name was and I told him that I was resigning and if there was anything I had to sign and he told me that I can’t be hired again later and that I’ll get negative feedback if I put them down on an employment sheet and I said ok and he said “alright, bye have a nice life!” and hung up on me. I kinda laughed and said you too but then I realized he just hung up on me. That made me feel better about quitting that place because that’s exactly the kind of shit I don’t want to get from idiots like that.
